Refund policy

Thank you for supporting my small business. It makes me so happy to be able to product art, support local printers and put my creations out in the world. Special care is taken to use quality materials and deliver products of a high standard.  All products are carefully inspected before packaging and sending.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase or it is damaged in any way, please get in touch at moon.and.brush@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivery. I will gladly try and sort out any issues which may arise. 

If goods have left our end in good order and are damaged in the delivery process, please get in touch.

Returns or exchanges are at your own cost to courier. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. If you have received the wrong items we will gladly replace them at no cost to you. 

Be mindful that this is a small business run by ONE passionate human. Mistakes happen, be kind.
